ከፕሬዝዳንት ኢማኑኤል ማክሮን ጋር በብሔራዊ ቤተመንግሥት በነበረን የሁለትዮሽ ውይይት ሰፋ ያለ መጠነርዕይ ባላቸው የሁለትዮሽ እና ባለብዙ ወገን ጉዳዮች ላይ ውይይት አድርገናል። ክቡር ፕሬዚዳንት እና የፈረንሳይ መንግሥት በብሔራዊ ቤተመንግስት እና በመካሄድ ላይ ባለው የላሊበላ ውቅር አብያተ ክርስቲያናት እድሳት ሥራዎች ላደረጉት አስተዋፅዖ ምስጋናዬን አቅርቤያለሁ። በውይይታችን በተለያዩ ዘርፎች የሚኖሩ ትብብሮችን የፈተሽን ሲሆን የፈረንሳይን ኢንቨስትመንት መጨመርን አስመልክቶ ብሎም በትምህርት እና ባሕል ዘርፎች ያለንን ግንኙነት በማጠናከር ጉዳዮች ላይ ተነጋግረናል። ታሪካዊ ትስስራችንን ይበልጥ የመገንባትን አስፈላጊነትንም በውይይታችን አፅንዖት ሰጥቼ አንስቻለሁ።

In our bilateral talks with President Emmanuel Macron at the National Palace, we addressed a range of bilateral and multilateral issues. I expressed my appreciation for his and the French government’s support in the renovation of the National Palace and the ongoing restoration of rock hewn churches of Lalibela. During our discussions, we explored potential collaborations in various fields, including increasing French investments, as well as strengthening ties in education and culture. I also emphasized the importance of building on our longstanding historical relations.
