🔸Job Summary
Halbeeg Architect and Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee building construction projects in Raaso, Somali Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and timely progress of the construction works.
🔹Qualifications & Requirements
BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control standards.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🔹Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per design specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Monitor site progress and report updates to office.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce best practices.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to resolve site challenges.
Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality control.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on construction activities.
Manage site resources efficiently, including labor and equipment.
