1. Technical Skills
✅ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.)
✅ Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
✅ Experience with UI/UX design if needed
✅ Ability to create designs for digital and print media
2. Creativity & Portfolio
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
✅ Ability to develop unique, original concepts
✅ Adaptability to different styles and branding guidelines
3. Experience & Industry Knowledge
✅ Previous experience in similar projects or industries
✅ Understanding of current design trends
✅ Experience with motion graphics or video editing (if required)
4. Communication & Collaboration
✅ Ability to understand and interpret client requirements
✅ Strong communication skills for teamwork and feedback incorporation
✅ Willingness to accept revisions and improve designs based on feedback
5. Time Management & Problem-Solving
✅ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
✅ Problem-solving mindset to address design challenges
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to quality
6. Software & Technical Requirements
✅ Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
✅ Knowledge of file formats and exporting requirements
✅ Understanding of web and mobile responsiveness (if needed)
