የመላ የሮታራክት ክለብ ከጥቅምት 1996 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ "አገልግሎት በኅብረት" በሚል መሪ ቃል በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ህብረተሰቡን እያገለገሉ ካሉ ፈር ቀዳጅ ሮታራክት ክለቦች (የበጎ ፍቃደኞች ስብስብ) አንዱ ነው።
