እስካሁን ጥሪ ያልተደረገላቸው የባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሪሚዲያል ተማሪዎች

የ2016 ዓ.ም የሪሚዲያል ተማሪዎች ፈተና በሰኔ ወር መጀመሪያ እንደሚሰጥ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር መግለፁ ይታወቃል።

ተማሪዎቹ ከታህሳስ ወር ጀምሮ በመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች የአቅም ማሻሻያ ትምህርታቸውን እየተከታተሉ ይገኛሉ፡፡

ይሁን እንጂ በባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ የሪሚዲያል ትምህርታቸውን እንዲከታተሉ የተመደቡ ተማሪዎች እስካሁን ጥሪ አልተደረገላቸውም።

ዩኒቨርሲቲው በ2016 ዓ.ም አዲስ ለተመደቡ የጀማሪ መርሐግብር እና በ2015 ዓ.ም የሪሚዲያል ፕሮግራም ለተከታተሉ ተማሪዎች መጋቢት 14/2016 ዓ.ም ጥሪ ሲያደርግ፤ በ2016 ዓ.ም ባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለተመደቡ አዲስ የሪሚዲያል ተማሪዎች ጥሪ ሳያደርግ ቀርቷል።

እነዚህ ተማሪዎች በቀጣይ ጥሪ ይደረግልናል በሚል በተስፋ ሲጠብቁ ቆይተዋል። ይሁን እንጂ ከአንድ ወር በኋላም ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጥሪ አላደረገላቸውም።

"የትምህርት ጊዚያቸው እየባከነባቸው እንደሆነ"ና "አስቸጋሪ ጊዜያትን እያሳለፉ እንደሚገኙ" ለቲክቫህ አስተያየታቸውን የሰጡ ተማሪዎች፤ መንግሥት መፍትሔ እንዲሰጣቸው በተደጋጋሚ ጠይቀዋል።

የሪሚዲያል ፈተናው ይሰጣል ተብሎ በመንግሥት የተቀመጠው ጊዜ 45 ቀናት የቀሩት መሆኑ ሌላው ተማሪዎቹን እያሳሰበ ያለ ጉዳይ ነው።

ቲክቫህ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ለተማሪዎቹ መቼ ጥሪ እንደሚደረግ የባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከፍተኛ አመራሮችን በስልክ እና በአጭር መልዕክቶች የጠየቀ ቢሆንም ምንም አይነት ምላሽ ማግኘት አልቻለም።

ተማሪዎቹ ወደሌሎች ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ተዘዋውረው የሚማሩበት ዕድል ካለ፣ አማራጭ የፈተና ጊዜ የሚዘጋጅላቸው ከሆነ እና በተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ላይ ባህርዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ወይም/እና ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የሚሰጡትን ምላሽ ወደናንተ እናደርሳለን።

የእርዳታ ጥሪ

ቤዛዊት ገ/ዮሀንስ የ23 አመት ወጣት እና የአዳማ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የ5ተኛ አመት የሲቪል ኢንጂነሪንግ ተማሪ ናት። በትምህርቷ እና በስነ-ምግባሯ እጅግ ምስጉን ልጅ ናት። ለመመረቂያዋ 3 ወር ሲቀራት ያልታሰበ ነገር ተከሰተ።

ሀሙስ የተሰጣትን ፕሮጀክት አቅርባ ከመቀመጧ እራሴን አመመኝ እያለች ወጣች። በራስ ምታት የጀመረው ህመም ለተወሰኑ ሰአታት ግማሽ አካሏን ከፍሎ እንዳታንቀሳቅስ ይባስ ብሎ ማውራት እንዲከብዳት አደረገ።

በጓደኞቿ እና በዩኒቨርሲቲው አፋጣኝ ትብብር ወደ ህክምና ብትወሰድም በሽታው ከአቅም በላይ ስለሆነ በጥቁር አንበሳ ሆስፒታል ICU (Intensive care unit) ውስጥ ተኝታ ትገኛለች።

በሽታዋም አኒውሪዝም ራፕቸር (Aneurysm rupture) ይባላል ። በከፍተኛ የደም ግፊት ምክንያት የሚከሰት በሽታ ነው ። ጭንቅላቷ ውስጥ ደም ፈሷል። ቤዚን በህይዉት ለማትረፍ ለህክምና እስከ 800,000 ብር የተጠየቅን ሲሆን የሀገራችን ህዝብ ሁሉ ከጎናችን እንድትቆሙ እንማፀናቹሀለን ።

መጋቢት 2/2016ዓ.ም (ትሚ) በመውጫ ፈተና ሞባይል ስልክ ይዞ መግባት፣ መኮረጅና የተለያዩ የፈተና ስነምግባር ጥሰት የፈጸሙ 114 ተፈታኞች ውጤት ሙሉ በሙሉ መሠረዙን የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ዛሬ መጋቢት 2/2016 ዓ.ም ለሁሉም የመንግስትና የግል ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች በጻፈው ደብዳቤ አሳውቋል።

የፈተና ስነምግባር ጥሰት የፈጸሙት 114 (አንድ መቶ አስራ አራት) ተፈታኞች ውጤታቸው ሙሉ በሙሉ መሠረዙንና የሚወሰዱ ተጨማሪ እርምጃዎች በቀጣይ የሚገለጽ መሆኑ በደብዳቤው ተመልክቷል ።

ከየካቲት 6-11/2016 ዓ.ም በመላ ሀገሪቱ በሚገኙ የመንግስት ተቋማት በተሰጠው ሁለተኛ ዙር የመውጫ ፈተና 119, 145 ተፈታኞች ተፈትነዋል።

ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ዘርፍ ጥራትን ለማረጋገጥ ከጀመራቸው ሪፎርሞች አንዱ የሆነው መውጫ ፈተና ተመራቂዎች በዩኒቨርስቲ ቆይታቸው ተገቢውን እውቀትና ክህሎት መቅሰማቸውንና ብቁ መሆናቸውን ዒላማ ያደረገ በመሆኑ ፈተናው በጥብቅ ዲስፕሊን የሚመራ ነው።
