Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in IT Support Specialist
Required Number: 2 CAC, CARE & Steely Factory
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees by diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and user inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions, either remotely or in person.
- Install and configure hardware (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers) and software for users, ensuring all necessary tools are set up for new employees or during system upgrades.
- Assist with setting up user accounts and email configurations, and provide initial user access to systems and resources.
Quanitity Required: 2
Minimum Years Of Experience: #2_years
