የካቲት 21/2017 ዓ.ም በትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) ተፈርሞ ለሁሉም የመንግሥት ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተላከ ሰርኩላር፤ ብሔራዊ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ (ፋይዳ) የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተማሪ እና የሠራተኞችን መረጃ በተደራጀ መልኩ ለመያዝ ጠቀሜታ እንዳለው ይገልጻል።

የሀገር አቀፍ ፈተናዎችን ደህንነት ለማስጠበቅ አስፈላጊ መሆኑንም ያትታል።

በዚህም በሰኔ 2017 ዓ.ም የሚሰጠውን የመውጫ ፈተና የሚወስዱ ዕጩ ተመራቂዎች ፈተናውን ለመውሰድ የፋይዳ መታወቂያ ሊያወጡ እንደሚገባ / እንደ ቅደመ ሁኔታ መቀመጡን አሳስቧል።

በግል የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የ2017 ዓ.ም አጋማሽ ዓመት የመውጫ ፈተና የወሰዱ ተፈታኞች ውጤት እስካሁን አልተለቀቀም።

ከዚህ ጋር በተያያዘ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የመውጫ ፈተና ተፈታኞች ቅሬታቸውን ለቲክቫህ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አቅርበዋል።

ውጤቱ ለምን ከመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች እኩል አልተለቀቀም ስንል የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከፍተኛ አመራርን ጠይቀናል።

ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የመውጫ ፈተና የሚወስዱ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ተፈታኞችን ክፍያ የሚፈፅሙት ተቋማቱ መሆናቸውን አመራሩ ገልፀዋል።

ይሁን እንጂ ተቋማቱ ክፍያውን ባለመፈፀማቸው ውጤት መለቀቅ ላይ መዘግየት እንዳጋጠመ ኃላፊው ተናግረዋል።

አሁን ላይ ብዙዎቹ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ክፍያውን እየፈፀሙ በመሆናቸው የተፈታኞቹ ውጤት እስከ ነገ ቅዳሜ የካቲት 8/2017 ዓ.ም እንደሚለቀቅ ኃላፊው ለቲክቫህ አረጋግጠዋል።

የሀገር አቀፍ መውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መላኩን የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጿል።

የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከፍተኛ አመራር ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት አጭር ቃል ፥ " ፈተናው ተለቆ ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ተልኳል " ብለዋል።

" በነገራችን ላይ ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ነው የሚላከው ሊንኩም ይላክላቸዋል። ውጤት ሁሉም ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር ደርሷል " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

ሀገር አቀፍ የመውጫ ፈተና ከጥር 26-30/2017 ዓ.ም በመላ ሀገሪቱ በ87 የፈተና ማዕከላት መሰጠቱ ይታወቃል፡፡

ከፈተናው ጋር በተያያዘ በርካታ ቅሬታዎች ለቲክቫህ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ደርሰዋል፡፡ በተለይ የComprehensive Nursing ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች፥ ፈተናው ከBlue Print ውጪ የተዘጋጀ እንደነበር በመግለፅ ትምህርት ሚኒስትር ለቅሬታቸው አፋጣኝ ምላሽ እንዲሰጣቸው ጠይቀዋል፡፡

የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ከሁለት ቀናት በኋላ ይፋ እንደሚደረግ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር መስማቱን የኢትዮጵያ ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተማሪዎች ህብረት ለቲክቫህ ገልጿል፡፡

ሚኒስቴሩ ከComprehensive Nursing የመውጫ ፈተና ጋር ተያይዞ የቀረበ ቅሬታን እያጣራ እንደሚገኝ ለህብረቱ አስረድቷል፡፡

በዚህም ከሁለት ቀናት በኋላ (ረቡዕ/ሐሙስ) አጠቃላይ የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ይፋ እንደሚደረግ ሚኒስቴሩ አሳውቋል፡፡

ነገ Exam የምትወስዱ ተፈታኞች እነዚህን Tips ተግብሯቸው። ከወዲሁ ለሁላችሁም መልካም እድል።

General Strategy During the Exam:

1. Read Each Question Carefully, Pay attention to words like not, except, always, never, as they can change the meaning.
2. Answer What You Know First, Quickly go through easy questions first to build confidence and save time for harder ones.
3. Use the Process of Elimination, Remove obviously incorrect choices to improve your chances of selecting the right answer.
4. Flag Uncertain Questions, If unsure, mark the question (if allowed) and return later if time permits.
5. Pace Yourself, Keep track of time and allocate it wisely across all questions.

Multiple-Choice Techniques

1. Watch for Absolute Statements, Answers with always, never, must are often incorrect. Look for balanced responses.
2. Look for Clues in Other Questions, Some questions may hint at answers to others.
3. Rephrase the Question – Simplify it in your mind before looking at answer choices.
4. Choose the Most Precise Answer, If two answers seem correct, pick the one that best fits the question.
5. Trust Your First Instinct, Unless you're sure you've misunderstood the question, your first choice is usually right.

If You Finish Early:

1. Review All Answers, Check for misread questions or accidental misclicks.
2. Ensure No Questions Are Left Blank, Even an educated guess is better than no answer.
3. Look for Simple Mistakes, Double-check calculations, grammar, and question wording.
