We are excited to offer a Graphic Design Internship opportunity in our company Youth Technologies PLC to two talented and motivated individuals who are passionate about visual communication and eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting. This 3-month internship program will provide valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to work with our dynamic team with an opportunity to continue as a paid intern.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, website assets, and more.
- Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
- Support the design team in the production and delivery of high-quality assets within tight deadlines.
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to design projects and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
- Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to design resources.
- Assist in other design-related tasks, as needed.

Qualifications:

•Strong passion for graphic design and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
•Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
•Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Prior experience or coursework in graphic design is a plus.
•Must have their own computer and internet access.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and stakeholders to create a seamless and intuitive user interface for the Bingo web app.
• Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Create user flows, information architecture, and interaction design to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Apply a user-centered design approach, considering user feedback and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation aligns with the intended design.
• Collaborate with the team to establish design guidelines, style guides, and UI patterns to maintain consistency across the web app.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web app or software design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Familiarity with responsive design and creating user interfaces that work across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and balance user needs with business requirements.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Experience in the gaming industry or designing interactive experiences is a plus
