2. Daballe: This council is responsible for the political and military affairs of the community. It is composed of members who have gone through the gada system's fifth and sixth stages.
3. Folle: This is the council responsible for economic affairs, such as trade and commerce. Members of this council are those who have gone through the fourth and fifth stages.
4. Qondalla: This council is responsible for security and law enforcement. Members are selected from those who have gone through the sixth and seventh stages of the gada system.
5. Luba: This council is responsible for social welfare, such as caring for the sick, elderly, and disabled. Members of this council are selected from those who have gone through the fourth and fifth stages.
6. Gumi Gayo: This council is responsible for organizing and coordinating social events, such as weddings and festivals.
