That's why I decided to write about autogenic MEDITATION. It will help when you get scared, you get hit with a wave of panic, when you're just in a depressed mood.🙏🏻
What's its essence? Scientists have proven that our subconscious does not distinguish between real events and visualized images. Consequently, fantasies significantly raise the level of the hormone dopamine, responsible for feelings of joy and pleasure.

- Allocate 5 minutes, close your eyes, steady your breathing and imagine the most picturesque and safe place. Feel all the details: colors, scents, tactile sensations. Sit in this state for a few minutes and enjoy the relaxation and tranquility.
