Minimal Mac and cheese

Ingredients

- 1 small onion - fine diced
- 2 tomatoes - fine diced
- a much of garlic
- 40gm cheese
- knorr
- powdered rosmary
- coriander for garnishing
- a sprinkle of bread crumbs

How to

- boil the macaroni as usual
- saute the onions
- add the garlic and tomato
- take your time and statues well

- add the macaroni
- mix well
- add the cheese
- garnish the coriander
- sprinkle the rosemary
- the breadcrumb

The espresso was so smooth and light. It was my second time having espresso and I still remember the trauma. It's was very bitter, strong, and made me sick. But this one defies our expectations of the common espresso!

Cherish espresso was different. It is very light, not bitter at all. We even had it without sugar and surprisingly we all enjoyed it. It's kinda a house rule, you should enjoy coffee as it is, without sugar.

Later we learned about the process of making the best espresso, I.e. Coffee. How every step of the supply chain is very important, and it should be done with care and passion.

It all started by carefully picking the cherries at the right time, then drying and washing, packing is also important. And finally, the roasting should be done right to bring all the flavors of coffee.

The smooth and light espresso we had was the result of a carefully processed coffee.

The Danish cake we had was also the best! It's homemade, in a small quantity and we were there early so we got lucky.

We highly recommend checking them out through October since it's a coffee celebration month. We promise you will enjoy the coffee and learn a lot along the way.

We had Espresso ☕ and Danish cake, which is served along a cup of water accompanied by beautiful coffee-related stories by the owners.

The owners know what they are doing, their passion for coffee speaks loud in every detail.

Home made pasta
Ingredients
-1mug of flour
-3 small eggs/2 large eggs
Instructions
-form a dough using those 2 and let it rest for at least 30 minutes (you can make the sauce/ስጎ during this time)
-after the dough is rested, section it into small balls so it’s easier to flatten the dough
-flatten until it’s very thin
-dust it heavily and then fold it before cutting it (dusting is very crucial)
-lastly put in a boiling water that is salted like the ocean and keep it in the water for 1 minute
- after taking it out put your desired sauce (our bolognese sauce will be posted soon) on and enjoy

➡️ ጎመኑን ቀንጥሶ አጥቦ መቀቀል
➡️ ሲበስል በደንብ ማንጠፍጠፍ
➡️ እስኪበርድ ጠብቆ እጅን በደንብ ከታጠብን በኋላ በእጃችን ልክ እያደረግን መጭመቅ
➡️ ካለን በመፍጫ ከሌለን በ እጃችን ድቅቅ አድርጎ መክተፍ
➡️ ዘይት አግለን በጣም የደቀቀ ሽንኩርት መጨመር (እንደፍላጎት) የተፈጨ ሀብሽ ጨምሮ በደንብ ማቁላላት
➡️ የደቀቀውን ጎመን ጨምረን በደንብ ማሸት
➡️ በመቀጠል ጨው ሚጥሚጣ ኮረሪማ እና የቀለጠ ቅቤ (ብዙ ቅቤ ይፈልጋል) ጨምሮ ሁሉም በደንብ እስኪዋሀድ ድረስ በደንብ ማሸት ይፈልጋል
➡️ እሳት ላይ ትንሽ አቆይቶ ማውረድ

➡️ ቀደም ብለን የአይቤው ውሀ ጠፍጠፍ እንዲል በፌስታል አይቤውን አድርገን ፌስታሉን በሹካ በሳስተን ማንጠፍጠፊያ ላይ አድርጎ ማስቀመጥ
