Avoid diets

Diets are acceptable only if you have a chronic illness and this diet is prescribed by a doctor. But that, as you understand, is a different story.

If you just decided to maintain their own health at a decent level (worthy of you, such a good man), then give up diets. For they carry with them great dangers.

For example, salt-free (so-called Japanese) diets. Giving up salt, you can break the water-salt balance in the body, which will lead to a decrease in neural conduction of the brain.

Such diets are also fraught with heart irregularities, decreased brain activity, drowsiness, and weakness.

Benefits of swimming

Swimming is a truly unique sport that allows you to quickly get your body in good shape. The point is that the density of water is 12 times greater than that of air. Under such conditions, the load on the joints and spine is reduced, and the muscles get the same load.

To keep the body afloat, a large number of muscles are involved simultaneously. It is difficult to find an analogue of such "land" exercise. In addition, water is a natural biological environment of humans, so getting into it, the brain begins to stimulate the production of pleasure hormones - endorphins. Swimming classes help your muscles work without overstraining them. You can visit the pool after an active workout in the gym, thus eliminating excessive muscle tone.

Swimming is equally useful for everyone, regardless of age and gender, and for people with disabilities, the pool is sometimes the only way to exercise.

Can it "blow?"

Yes, myositis, an inflammation of muscle tissue, develops in response to sudden cold and wind.

Severe pain is the result of irritation of nerve endings during the inflammatory process.

Myositis is a dangerous condition. Without proper treatment, the disease can drag on for weeks. Therefore, if you have a stiff neck, it is better to seek help from a specialist right away!

Cough during an injection

If you are scheduled to receive an injection during a doctor's visit and you don't want to feel the needle prick, just cough a little and it will reduce even that minor pain.

This is because coughing can reduce the pain impulses to your brain and, subsequently, the pain sensation.

Taking a hot shower in the morning is evil🚿

Ever notice that after a hot shower you feel like relaxing and going to bed? That's because the warmth signals to your nervous system it's time to relax your muscles and slow down heart rate.

Eventually, you start to feel calm - and you crave sleep again! So take a quick COLD shower instead.

👍🏼This helps release the activating hormone adrenaline hormone and boosts your mood. Let your day be invigorating!
