Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Clinical Pathology, Public Health, Health Care Administration (MHA, MPH, MBA) or in a related field of study only with a CGPA of 3.00 and above and a relevant work experience and only with a CGPA of 3.00 and above, out of which 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, such as Laboratory Manager or Quality Assurance Manager
Place of work: Anfo, Bethel and Holeta
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely test results
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate laboratory personnel.
- Develop and manage the laboratory budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Promote research initiatives and collaboration with academic institutions.
Language skills: Fluent in Amharic and English
