❗አንድ ሰው የወራሽነት የምስክር ወረቀት የያዘ ቢሆንም ንብረቱን ይዞ እስካልተጠቀመ ድረስ የውርስ ንብረቱን በያዘው ሰው ላይ የሚያቀርበው ክስ በፍ/ብ/ሕ/ቁጥር 1000/1/ መሰረት በ3 ዓመት ይርጋ ቀሪ ነው።

የወራሽነት ጥያቄ የጊዜ ገደብ የለውም በሚል ከዚህ በፊት የተሰጡ የሰበር ውሳኔዎችን በመለወጥ በ7 ዳኞች የተሰጠ አዲስ የህግ ትርጉም። የሰ/መ/ቁ 243973 ጥቅምት 06/ 2017 ዓ.ም

የወራሽነት የምስክር ወረቀት የያዘ ሰው በማንኛውም ጊዜ የውርስ ንብረት ጥያቄ ማንሳት ይችላል በማለት ከአሁን በፊት በሰ/መ/ቁ 205248 44237 ቅፅ(10) 38533 ቅፅ(10) ወዘተ.. የተሰጡ የሰበር ውሳኔዎች በዚህ የሰበር ውሳኔ ተለውጠዋል።

አንድ ሰው የወራሽነት የምስክር ወረቀት የያዘ ቢሆንም ንብረቱን ይዞ እስካልተጠቀመ ድረስ የውርስ ንብረቱን በያዘው ሰው ላይ የሚያቀርበው ክስ በፍ/ብ/ሕ/ቁ. 1000/1/ መሰረት በ3 ዓመት ይርጋ ቀሪ ነው።

The law together with my view
The right to food (very interesting and fundamental right to be fulfilled for University students😊😊😊)

What contents the right to adequate food include??
The Committee on the Economic, social and cultural Rights in it's General Comment No.12 lists down 4 core contents of the right to food
1. The availability of food (quantity and quality of food)
2. Food safety (Free from any adverse substance)
3. Acceptability (the food should be culturally acceptable e.g. Donkey🐴 meat is not considered as a food in the culture of Ethiopia but it is food in China). So it should be acceptable
4. Accessibility (it should be physicaly and economically accessible
Does the Ethiopian government complied with it's obligation
Don't forget the principle that the government raises and defend👇
🗣️ Progressive realization principle
But this shouldn't be used arbitrarily.
Can the government of Ethiopia raise the principle of progressive realization the right to food ?
Any one who respond positively can debate with me?
Any ways according to the general comment no.12 of Committee of ICESCR the the right to adequate food includes those four elements.
