የስራው ዝርዝር:1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and increase brand awareness.
2. Manage all aspects of our social media accounts, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
3. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
4. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
5. Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and implement strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
6. Analyse social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimise strategy and drive results.
7. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
8. Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing objectives across various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and video.
9. Create compelling and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
10. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
11. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
12. Optimise content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties.
13. Manage content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
14. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, and use insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
15. Stay updated on emerging content formats and platforms, and experiment with new content ideas to drive audience engagement.
16. Manage designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content.
Requirements:
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- A passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, content creation, and marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimise campaign performance.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Fluency in English
