Ronnie Coleman is a former professional bodybuilder . He is widely regarded as one of the best bodybuilders of all time, having won the Mr. Olympia title eight times in a row from 1998 to 2005. He is also known for his incredible strength and heavy workouts, as well as his impressive size and conditioning. He started his bodybuilding career in 1990, after being offered a free gym membership by the owner of Metroflex Gym in Arlington, Texas. He competed in his first Mr. Olympia in 1992, but did not place in the top 15. He gradually improved his ranking over the years, until he shocked the world by defeating the reigning champion Dorian Yates in 1998. He went on to dominate the sport for the next seven years, setting a record for most IFBB pro wins with 26 titles. He retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2007, after placing fourth at the Mr. Olympia.
