2024 was not among my best years... Though wild stuff though and I respect the lore. Yesterday was a real stressful day, an actual end to a chapter.

I'll be picking up the pieces from the rubble this month, cause today really does feel like a new year. I'm happy you'll be seeing more of me this year more than ever.

Good morning, good news! Yohannes and I @eyuelzerostuff experimented and built a working patch that circumvents the developer mode BS from the recent CBE mobile banking update.

It's called CBELauncher and it does exactly that. It will launch the app without the error message. Use the link below to get the apk:

RIVE IS AWESOME! I finished the tutorial with the rigging stuff. The app is super intuitive especially for someone that has used After Effects for almost a decade lol. This opens up a whole new chapter of character animation for me!

Here's my progress so far... I was able to build a nice rig on The Sticker Guy's mascot, moving his face almost as if it's 3D and his eyes are on a separate rig. You can see how I've made the joysticks control everything. This would have taken me so long on After Effects!

@TemCooks had challenged me to try out Rive (rive.app). A new motion design software I couldn't find time for... But I just downloaded the app today and I'm going to start watching the official tutorial series. I wonder how fast we can get used to this. The timer starts now.

The CBE android app just got a very quick 500kb "critical" update that prevents you from using the app with developer mode turned on in your system settings.

Who but developers turn on Developer Mode?? 😁 Devs, I found a solution! More in comments 👇

A video appeared on my feed with a new tag under it... Auto-dubbed? I opened the video and it really is voiced by a TTS. And the comment section, why is it all French? They rolled out a new feature and I never heard about it...

I turned 25 a couple months ago and I have been taking time revisiting my past, my growth and the things I've achieved so far. Continuously contemplating about my career, friendships, life goals, relationship with God...

I'm happy I've had a ton of fun growing up. Of course there are lingering feelings of inadequacy or whatever but there was a continuous net positive of push forward. I can't help but thank God I made it this far, pretty much unscathed. There's a lot more I want to say but maybe another time :)

Today would be my 14th day in a row going to the office. 😳 And I couldn't even tell the days apart... I'm glad I have used the morning to go to church today though!

I am on the verge of burnout but I just need to get through this week.
