በ፦ ዋስይሁን ኃይለማርያም እና የኋላሸት ታምሩ

ይህ ማውጫ የሚያገለግለው ለትምህርት እና ለመረጃ ምንጭነት ብቻ ነው። በዚህ ማውጫ ዝግጅት ላይ የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት ያዘጋጀው ከ ቅጽ 1 እስከ 16 ማውጫን በመጠቀም የቀሩትን ቅጾች አጠቃለን አዘጋጅተናል።

ይህ ማውጫ በዋነኛነት የመረጃ ምንጭ እንዲሆን እና ለሕግ ማህበረሰቡ ቀላል እና ፈጣን ማጣቀሻ እንዲሆን የተዘጋጀ ቢሆንም ቀጥታ የባለሞያ ምክር ወይም ድጋፍ አይተካም። ይህን አይነት አገልግሎት ከተፈለገ ከባለሞያ መጠየቅ አለበት፡፡

የቤተሰብ እና የውርስ ጉዳዮች የሚታዩበት የፌዴራል ጠቅላይ ፍ/ቤት 1ኛ ሰበር ሰሚ ችሎት በሰ.መ.ቁ 243973 ጥቅምት 06 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ሰባት ዳኞች በተሰየሙበት ችሎት በሰጠው ውሳኔ ቀደም ሲል በሰ.መ.ቁ 202548: 44237 : 38533 የወራሽነት የምስክር ወረቀት የያዘ ሰው በማንኛውም ጊዜ የውርስ ንብረት ጥያቄ ማንሳት ይችላል በማለት ተሰጥቶ የነበረውን የሕግ ትርጉም በመለወጥ በሌላ ልዩ ሕግ የተደነገገው እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ የወራሽነት ጥያቄ በፍ/ብ/ሕ/ቁ 1000 በተመለከተው የጊዜ ገደብ በይርጋ ይታገዳል። የውርስ ማጣራት ተጠናቆ ንብረቱ የጋራ ባልሆነበት ሁኔታ የወራሽነት ምስክር ወረቀት በመያዝ ብቻ የ/ፍ/ሕ/ቁ 1062 መሰረት በማድረግ ያለ ጊዜ ገደብ የክፍፍል ጥያቄ ሊነሳ አይችልም በሚል አዲስ የሕግ ትርጉም ሰጥቷል።

Today, Bahir Dar University's moot court team, Yonas Muche, Roza Yimer, and Yeabsira Belete-coached by Mekashaw Chane-won the national round of the 2024 International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Moot Court Competition in Addis Ababa.

The team will now represent Ethiopia in the African regional rounds in Nairobi, Kenya, where they will compete against top students from across the continent.
