BIC Ethiopia has announced that applications are now open for the next cohort of its Catalyzer Programme, aimed at supporting Ethiopian Agribusiness and AgriTech entrepreneurs. The four-month programme provides business training, peer learning, and financial support, including grants of up to EUR 4,000 and discounted loans of up to EUR 50,000.The programme targets small and medium-sized businesses in and around Addis Ababa, with a strong potential for job creation. Business registration is not a requirement for applicants.
The application deadline is February 13, 2025 (11:59 PM), and the programme will start on March 5, 2025.
BIC Ethiopia (Business Incubation) supports business incubators in strengthening AgriTech and Agribusiness startups, improving market access, generating higher incomes, and creating jobs. The programme is backed by the European Commission and implemented by sequa gGmbH alongside local and international partners.
