ኢትዮጵያ ከታንዛኒያ ጋር የኃይል ሽያጭ እንዲሁም ኬንያ ከታንዛንያ ጋር የኃይል ማስተላለፊያ መስመር የኪራይ ውል በዛሬው ዕለት መፈራረማቸውን ካፒታል ሰምታለች።

በኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል የህግ መምሪያ ዳይሬክተር አቶ መርክነ እንደተናገሩት የሦስትዮሽ ሥምምነቱ ኢትዮጵያ በኬንያ በኩል ለታንዛኒያ የኤሌክትሪክ ኃይል ሽያጭ ለማከናወን የሚያስችላትን መብት የሚሰጣት መሆኑንም መሆኑን አስረድተዋል።

In a letter issued on 22 January 2025 (letter no. 4/1352/17), the ECC announced that, until Directive No. 158/2011 is amended, manufacturers can complete customs clearance based on their legal transaction value. Price verification will be conducted after goods are released through a post-clearance audit, with ECC approval and payment of any additional duties and taxes.

This measure seeks to streamline the customs clearance process and ensure fairer treatment for importers. The Circular applies to manufacturers, Authorized Economic Operators (AEOs), investors with duty-free privileges, private sector entities importing for government projects, state-owned enterprises, and federal and state government institutions.

ግምሩክ ኮሚሽን በአምራቾች ወደ አገር ዉስጥ የሚገቡ ዕቃዎች የዋጋ አተማመን ስርዓት ላይ ማሻሻያ ማድረጉን ያስታወቀ ሲሆን 158/2011 የተደነገገውን በጉምሩክ ቀረጥና ታክስ ማስከፈያ ዋጋ አተማመን መመሪያ እንዲከለስ ማድረጉን ነዉ የተገለጸው።

ይህ መመሪያ በአምራቾች ወደ አገር የሚገቡ ዕቃዎች ዋጋ በሚወስንበት ወቅት የሚወስደው ጊዜ ከአምራቾች ከፍተኛ ቅሬታ እያስነሳ መሆኑ ይታወቃል ።

ይሄን ተከትሎ በአምራቾች ወደ አገር የሚገቡ ዕቃዎች ዋጋ አተማመን ሥርዓት ላይ ማሻሻያ ማድረግ ማስፈለጉን ነዉ ካፒታል ከኮሚሽኑ ከተፃፈው ደብዳቤ ለመረዳት የተቻለው ።

መመሪያ ቁጥር 158/2011 እስኪሻሻል ድረስ በክሊራንስ ጊዜ የዋጋ ማጣራት ሃደቱ የሚወስደውን ጊዜ ለማስቀረት በሚል አምራቾች እቃዎችን ወደ አገር ውስጥ ሲያስገቡ በሚያቀርቡት ህጋዊ የግብይት ዋጋ እንዲስተናገዱ ፈቅዷል።

ይህ ሰርኩላር አምራቾች፤ ልዩ መብት የተሰጣቸው የኢኮኖሚ አንቀሳቃሽ ፕሮግራም ተጠቃሚ ድርጅቶች፥ ለኢንቨስትመንት ሥራ ዕቃዎችን በቀረጥ ነፃ የሚያስገቡ ድርጅቶች፤ የመንግስት ፕሮጀክትን ለመስራት በግል ድርጅቶች የሚገቡ ዕቃዎች፣ የመንግስት የልማት ድርጅቶች እና የፌዴራልና የክልል መንግስታት ተቋማትን ይመለከታል።

ኢትዮጵያ በተለይ ከቅርብ አመታት ወዲህ እያደረገች ይገኛል በተባለው የሪፎርም ስራ የቴሌኮም ዘርፉን ለዉጪ ተዋኒያን ክፍት ማድረጓ ተጠቃሽ ሲሆን ፤ይህን ተከትሎ ከ ሶስት ዓመታት በፊት ገበያዉን የተቀላቀለዉ ሳፋሪኮም 42 በመቶ የሀገሪቷን ህዝብ ሲሸፍን በዞን ደረጃ ደግሞ 52 በመቶ መሸፈኑን የኢትዮጵያ ኮሙኒኬሽን ባለስልጣን አስታውቋል ።

ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ሳፋሪኮም በሀገሪቷ እየሰጠ የሚገኘዉ የ4ጂ አገልግሎትን በተመለከተ አሁን ባለዉ መረጃ 39 በመቶ ደርሷል ተብሏል ።

ከቴሌኮም ማማ ( ታወር ) ጋር በተያያዘ ሳፋሪኮም በመላዉ ሀገሪቱ 3 ሺህ 500 ማማዎችን ዘርግቶ እየተንቀሳቀሰ ይገኛል የተባለ ሲሆን በተመሳሳይም ኢትዮቴሌኮም 8, 500 ታወር ዘርግቷል፤ ይህን ተከትሎ በ 2013 በሀገሪቷ ካለዉ 7 ሺህ 100 ታወር አሁን ላይ ወደ ከ 11 ሺህ 500 በላይ መሆኑን አመላክቷል ።
