ለባለይዞታዎች!!!
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የመሬት ይዞታ ምዝገባና መረጃ ኤጀንሲ ለ8ኛ ጊዜ የመሬት ይዞታ ማረጋገጥ እና ምዝገባ ስራ ሊያከናውን ነው ።
👉የይዞታ ማረጋገጫ ከታህሳስ 10-ሚያዚያ 15 ይከናወናል ብሏል።
የኤጀንሲው ዋና ዳይሬክተር አቶ ግፋ ወሰን ደሲሳ ዛሬ ለጋዜጠኞች በሰጡት መግለጫ እንዳስታወቁት ኤጀንሲው ይዞታ ማረጋገጥና ምዝገባ ከጀመረበት 2007 በጀት ዓመት ጀምሮ እስከ 2016  በጀት ዓመት ድረስ 7 ጊዜ የይዞታ ማረጋገጥ እወጃ በማካሄድ በ 337 ቀጠናዎች ላይ የማረጋገጥ ስራ ማከናወኑን ተናግረዋል  ፡፡

በዚህ መሰረት በያዝነዉ በጀት  አመት  ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ  ለስምንተኛ ዙር  ቀሪ  በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ስር ያሉትን ያልተረጋገጡ  136 ቀጠናዎች   የሚገኙ ቁራሽ መሬቶችን   አረጋግጦ ለመመዝገብ  ዝግጅቱን  በማጠናቀቅ  ዛሬ ታህሳስ 10/4/2017 ዓ.ም እወጃ ማካሄዱን ገልፀዋል ፡፡

የይዞታ ማረጋገጡ ስራ በተመረጡ ስድስት  ክፍለ ከተሞች ማለትም የካ ክፍለ ከተማ( በወረዳ  ወረዳ1፤2፤ 3፤9፤10፤11፤12  በ 25 ቀጠናዎች   በለሚ ኩራ በወረዳ 2፣3፤4፤5፤6፤9፤10፣ 13 እና 14 በ 44 ቀጠናዎች፤ አቃቂ ቃሊቲ  ክፍለ ከተማ  ወረዳ 1፣2፣3፣4፤6፣ 9፣13   በ 19 ቀጠናዎች ንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ በወረዳ 6 ፣7፣8፤9፤10፣11፣14 የሚገኙ  በ 22 ቀጠናዎች  ቦሌ በ ወረዳ 11፡12፤13  በ 15 ቀጠናዎች   ኮልፌ ቀራኒዮ  በወረዳ 3፤11   በ 11 ቀጠናዎች አጠቃላይ  በ 136 ቀጠናዎች (በ 467 ሰፈሮች)  ያልተረጋገጡ ይዞታዎችን የማረጋገጡ ስራ  በስልታዊ ዘዴ / በመደዳ /  የማረጋገጥ ስራ የሚከናወን  ሲሆን ስራውም ከ ታህሳስ 10/04/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ አምስት ወራት ውስጥ እስከ  ሚያዝያ 15 2017 ዓ.ም የሚቆይ ሲሆን ሙሉ ወጪውም በመንግስት እንደሚሸፈን ተናግረዋል፡፡
ኤጀንሲው አረጋግጦ ላልመዘገበው ይዞታ ምንም ዓይነት ህጋዊ ዋስትናና ከለላ የማይሰጥ መሆኑን የተናገሩት ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ ባለይዞታዎች ከታህሳስ 20/ 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ 10 የስራ ቀናት በክፍለ ከተማ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት አስፈላጊውን መረጃ ይዘው የይዞታ ይረጋገጥልኝ ማመልከቻ እንድታቀርቡ በድጋሜ አሳስበዋል፡፡

ኤጀንሲው የይዞታ ማረጋገጥና ምዝገባ ከጀመረበት 2007 በጀት ዓመት ጀምሮ እስከ 2016 በጀት ዓመት ድረስ 7 ጊዜ የይዞታ ማረጋገጥ እወጃ በማካሄድ በ337 ቀጠናዎች ላይ የማረጋገጥ ሥራ ተካሂዷል፡፡ በዚህም በቁራሽ መሬት 219 ሺ 722፣ በጋራ መኖሪያ ቤት 173 ሺ 136 በመብት 400 ሺ 84 ይዞታዎች ላይ የይዞታ ማረጋገጥ ሥራ በመስራት የአዲስ አበባን ከጠቅላላው የቆዳ ስፋት 54% መሸፈኑ ይታወቃል፡፡
