We are pleased to share our newly published case report, "Conservative Management of Grade 5 Renal Injury: A Case Report," in Urology Case Reports. This study presents a rare instance of successfully managing a severe grade 5 renal injury through a non-surgical approach, demonstrating that conservative management can be a viable alternative in carefully monitored, hemodynamically stable patients.

This collaborative effort, involving experts from Jigjiga University, Haramaya University, Saint Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, Amoud University, and Charles University, offers valuable insights into clinical decision-making and patient care for high-grade renal trauma.
