Great Commission Ministry hosts hackathons every year. Groups of students form teams to come up with an idea that can bring positive impact for the kingdom of God and our community at large. The teams work on the ideas and develop a product for a week or 2 and present in front of judges.

One of this years project was @VerseWiseBiblicalBot a chatbot that can give you bible based answers for your spiritual questions. The AI is trained on the bible.

A long time friend of mine @the_Kaleidoscope was one of the members and he sent me to try it out. He was also involved in the UI design of the web version:  versewise.io

We had an interesting conversation about meaning, purpose and so much more, with the bot.  Here is a link so you can see what we talked about. It not perfect but it exceeded my expectations. Well done Devs!
