On December 17, 2024, we hosted a dynamic UIL Workshop in partnership with Hawassa University, bringing together industry pioneers, focal persons from the Ministry of Education, Regional MoLS representatives, university career center coordinators, and UIL experts.

The workshop created a space for meaningful dialogue with various industries, focusing on strengthening career development programs, fostering university-industry linkages, and enhancing support for students transitioning from education to employment. Engaging with diverse industries provided invaluable insights to shape the future of career support and collaboration.
