Saw some Amharic post and just remembered my high school Amharic teacher, Yishamu Gerawerk. She’s so into Amharic that she even has a PhD in it. Basically, you can communicate with her, but if she wants, she can speak Amharic like it’s French 😂. You wouldn’t understand a thing—especially those raw, strong Amharic words. Basically, I shared this just to say sometimes it’s easier to understand French with zero clue than Amharic, which is my native language 😂.
