Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial & Office Management, Tourism and Hotel Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages as necessary.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
