Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, working on digital channels but integrating traditional efforts as well (including online and offline campaigns, such as social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, traditional advertising, and ground activations) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices, extending beyond digital marketing to encompass traditional and integrated campaigns. (Mandatory)
- Manage and optimize social media presence across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Telegram).
Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and website copy.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Manage and execute marketing events, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination with the team.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field but with demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing and digital marketing principles and practices.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing positions. Proven experience in managing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Website & Social Media optimization principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools.
