Position: Regional Sales Executive
Location: Hawassa and Jimma
#Responsibilities & duties:-
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for motorcycles within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Expand dealership networks and onboard new distributors.
2. Dealer & Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with motorcycle dealers and distributors.
• Provide sales support, training, and incentives to dealership teams.
• Address dealer concerns and ensure timely stock replenishment.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Identify high-potential areas for business expansion.
• Recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on market conditions.
4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and growth opportunities.
• Track inventory levels and ensure smooth distribution to dealers.
• Provide insights on customer demand and industry trends.
5. Promotional & Marketing Activities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Organize motorcycle test rides, roadshows, and dealership events.
• Ensure brand visibility and awareness within the region.
6. Team Coordination & Training
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train dealership sales teams on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist in resolving after-sales service issues with customers and dealers.
#Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
#Additional Qualifications:
• Motor Cycle Driving License as He/she will be doing Test drives.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
•If in a specialized industry of motorcycles knowledge of the sector is a plus.
• Experience with market trends, supply chain, and distribution networks relevant to the industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
• Professional Certifications (highly valued):
o Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
o Chartered Accountant (CA)
o Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
#Experience Requirements:-
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
• Previous experience in supervisory or senior accounting roles preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Peach tree, QuickBooks).
• Industry-specific experience on motorcycles, cereals, manufacturing is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. General Accounting & Ledger Management
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
• Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
4. Tax Compliance & Audit Preparation
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and financial reviews.

• Supervise invoice processing, payments, and collections.
