Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilites:
- Collect Performa invoices for necessary procurements to ensure timely submission and approval.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures in the collection and analysis of perform invoices.
- Coordinate with the procurement committee to open, analyze, and submit collected performs for decision-making
- Ensure that approved procurement items are purchased within the specified timeframe.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure the timely release of purchase funds.
- Follow up on the procurement process to ensure that purchases are made in accordance with the approved procurement plan.
