ባለሙያዎችን አወዳድሮ መቅጠር ይፈልጋል፡፡

1/ የሥራ መደብ፤ የጨረታ ባለሙያ/ኦፊሰር፣
የጨረታ ባለሙያው የሚፈለገውን ቴክኒካል (Technical) እና ፋይናንሺያል (Financial) የጨረታ ሰነድ ከሚመለከታቸው የሥራ ክፍሎች ጋር በመነጋገር በተሟላ መልኩ በማዘጋጀት የማቅረብ ኃላፊነት አለበት፡፡

👉የሥራ ድርሻና ኃላፊነት፤
▶የጨረታ ሰነድ ግዢ ሲፈፀም በድርጅቱ አሰራር መሰረት ይሳተፋል፤
▶በቅድመ-ጨረታ ስብሰባዎች ላይ ይሳተፋል፤ ▶ከጨረታ ጋር የተገናኙ የደብዳቤ መፃፃፍ፣ ▶የስልክ እና ሌሎች ኤሌክትሮኒክስ /Electronics/ ግንኙነቶችን ያደርጋል፡፡ ▶ለሚመለከተው ኃላፊ ወይም የሥራ ክፍልም ሪፖርት ያደርጋል፡፡
▶በማንኛውም የጨረታ ሰነድ ዝግጅት ላይ የፅህፈት ስራዎችን ያከናውናል፤ ለጨረታ መሟላት ያለባቸው እንደ ባንክ ዋስትና፣ የዕቃዎች ናሙና፣ ወዘተ… በወቅቱ እንዲሟሉና እንዲቀርቡ ያደርጋል፡፡
▶በድርጅቱ አሰራር መሰረት ጥንቃቄ በተሞላበት መንገድ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የጨረታ ሰነዶችን በወቅቱ ኮፒ ወይም ስካን በማድረግ ያዘጋጃል፣
▶የተዘጋጁት የጨረታ ሰነዶች በወቅቱ በአጫራቾች በተዘጋጁ የጨረታ ሳጥኖች ውስጥ እንዲገቡ ያደርጋል፡፡ በጨረታ መክፈቻ ስብሰባ ላይ ይገኛል፤ ጨረታዎች ሲነበቡ ይመዘግባል ወይም መረጃ ይይዛል፤ ሪፖርት ያቀርባል፡፡
▶በድርጅቱ አሰራር መሰረት በድኅረ-ጨረታ ስራዎች ላይ ማለትም በክትትል እና ሌሎች ስራዎች ላይ ይሳተፋል፡፡

▶የትምህርት ዝግጀት፤ ቢ.ኤ ዲግሪ ወይም ዲፕሎማ ምሩቅ በፋርማሲ (BA Degree or Diploma Graduate in Pharmacy)፣
▶የሥራ ልምድ፤
በሽያጭ (Sales)፣ በጨረታ (Tender) እና ተያያዥ ስራ ለቢ.ኤ ዲግሪ ምሩቅ ቢያንስ የ 2 ዓመት፤ ለዲፕሎማ ምሩቅ ቢያንስ የ 4 ዓመት ▶የሥራ ልምድ፡፡
በአስመጪና ላኪ ድርጅት (Import and Export Company) የስራ ልምድ ያለው፣
በ Letter of Credit (LC) እና ተያያዥ ሥራዎች በቂ ልምድ ያለው፣
በቴክኖሎጂ የተደገፈ የጨረታ ሥራ በቂ ልምድ ያለው፡፡

👉ተፈላጊ ችሎታ/ክህሎት፤
▶በ Windows እና MS Office በቂ ችሎታ ያለው፡፡
▶በቡድን ሥራ የሚሰራ፣ ጥሩ ተግባቦት ያለውና ስራዎችን አደራጅቶና አቀናጅቶ የመስራት ክህሎት ያለው፡፡

2/ የሥራ መደብ፤ የሽያጭ ባለሙያ/ኦፊሰር፣
የሽያጭ ባለሙያው ድርጅቱ ባስቀመጠው አሰራር መሰረት ስራዎችን የመከወን ኃላፊነት አለበት፡፡

👉የሥራ ድርሻና ኃላፊነት፤
▶የተለያዩ መንገዶችን በመጠቀም የድርጅቱን ዕቃዎች ለደንበኞች ማስተዋወቅ፣
▶የደንበኞች ፍላጎትን ለማርካትና ለማሟላት በታታሪነት መስራት፤
▶በእምነት እና በታማኝነት በመስራት ከደንበኞች ጋር ያለውን ግንኙነት ማጠናከር፣
▶በድርጅቱ የተቀመጠ የሽያጭ ግብን ለማሳካት ያላሰለሰ ጥረት ማድረግ፣
