ባለፉት ሦስት ቀናት በነበረው የፈተና አሰጣጥ፤ ተንቀሳቃሽ ስልክ ይዘው ወደ ፈተና ጣቢያ ለመገባት ከሞከሩ ጥቂት ተማሪዎች እና አልፎ አልፎ የመብራት መቆራራጥ ከማገጠሙ በስተቀር ሌላ በዩኒቨርሲቲው ያጋጠመ ችግር አለመኖሩን ኃላፊው ለትምህርት ሚኒስቴር የህዝብ ግንኙነት እና ኮሚኒኬሽን ዴስክ ተናግረዋል፡፡

Responsibilities
• Sales Management: Make and receive calls to promote services, convert leads, and meet enrollment targets.
• Customer Support: Answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: Identify new clients through outbound calls and direct outreach.
• Marketing Execution: Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns to attract customers.
