A few healthy habits for a high-quality life
✔️ Try not eating at night and falling asleep with an empty stomach, and you will start seeing light lucid dreams and wake up every morning in a good mood with inspiration for something within 1-2 weeks. You’ll get up in the morning refreshed and invigorated, without the desire to lie in bed for half a day.
✔️ Try not drinking lemonades and any carbonated drinks bought at the store, and you'll see how delicious plain water tastes and that it takes much less to quench your thirst.
✔️ Try taking an apple/mandarin/orange/banana or drinking a glass of water every time you wanna take a cigarette, and you'll feel twice as strong, sturdier and stronger after 2 weeks.
✔️ Try walking and sitting with a straight back for a week, and you'll see how your memory improves and how much faster you think.
