Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer at Eagle Lion System Technology, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers and developers to ensure that our digital products are visually appealing and offer seamless user experiences. Your design expertise will help drive the success of multiple products across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
● Design aesthetically pleasing, intuitive user interfaces while considering functionality
and user experience.
● Collaborate closely with the product development and management teams to align
design solutions with business goals and technical capabilities.
● Maintain and expand upon existing design systems to ensure design consistency
across all products.
● Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the
user experience.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work.
● Ensure that all designs are accessible and inclusive, following best practices and industry standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile
designs.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
● Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail in typography, color, layout, and iconography.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Familiarity with front-end development concepts and how design translates to code.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly and
effectively.
● Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in fintech, marketplace, or related industries.
● Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI/UX solutions.
● Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
