የካቲት 21/2017 ዓ.ም በትምህርት ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) ተፈርሞ ለሁሉም የመንግሥት ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተላከ ሰርኩላር፤ ብሔራዊ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ (ፋይዳ) የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተማሪ እና የሠራተኞችን መረጃ በተደራጀ መልኩ ለመያዝ ጠቀሜታ እንዳለው ይገልጻል።

የሀገር አቀፍ ፈተናዎችን ደህንነት ለማስጠበቅ አስፈላጊ መሆኑንም ያትታል።

በግል የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የ2017 ዓ.ም አጋማሽ ዓመት የመውጫ ፈተና የወሰዱ ተፈታኞች ውጤት እስካሁን አልተለቀቀም።

ከዚህ ጋር በተያያዘ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የመውጫ ፈተና ተፈታኞች ቅሬታቸውን ለቲክቫህ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አቅርበዋል።

ውጤቱ ለምን ከመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች እኩል አልተለቀቀም ስንል የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከፍተኛ አመራርን ጠይቀናል።

ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ የመውጫ ፈተና የሚወስዱ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ተፈታኞችን ክፍያ የሚፈፅሙት ተቋማቱ መሆናቸውን አመራሩ ገልፀዋል።

ይሁን እንጂ ተቋማቱ ክፍያውን ባለመፈፀማቸው ውጤት መለቀቅ ላይ መዘግየት እንዳጋጠመ ኃላፊው ተናግረዋል።

አሁን ላይ ብዙዎቹ የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት ክፍያውን እየፈፀሙ በመሆናቸው የተፈታኞቹ ውጤት እስከ ነገ ቅዳሜ የካቲት 8/2017 ዓ.ም እንደሚለቀቅ ኃላፊው ለቲክቫህ አረጋግጠዋል።

የመውጫ ፈተናውን በግል የወሰዱ ድጋሜ ተፈታኞች ውጤትም ወደየተፈተኑበት ተቋማት ይላካል ብለዋል።

የሀገር አቀፍ መውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች መላኩን የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጿል።

የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ከፍተኛ አመራር ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ በሰጡት አጭር ቃል ፥ " ፈተናው ተለቆ ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ተልኳል " ብለዋል።

" በነገራችን ላይ ለዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ነው የሚላከው ሊንኩም ይላክላቸዋል። ውጤት ሁሉም ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር ደርሷል " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

ምን ያክል ተማሪ አለፈ ? ለሚለው የቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ጥያቄ " ውጤቱ አሁን ስለተለቀቀና ለተቋማት ስለተላከ አጠቃላይ ዳታውን የምናየው ነገ ነው " ብለዋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ተማሪዎች ኅብረት ቡኩሉ፣ " ውጤቱ ተለቋል። የሁሉም ዩኒቨርሲቲ መጥቷል " ሲል ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገልጿል።

ሀገር አቀፍ የመውጫ ፈተና ከጥር 26-30/2017 ዓ.ም በመላ ሀገሪቱ በ87 የፈተና ማዕከላት መሰጠቱ ይታወቃል፡፡

ከፈተናው ጋር በተያያዘ በርካታ ቅሬታዎች ለቲክቫህ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ደርሰዋል፡፡ በተለይ የComprehensive Nursing ተፈታኝ ተማሪዎች፥ ፈተናው ከBlue Print ውጪ የተዘጋጀ እንደነበር በመግለፅ ትምህርት ሚኒስትር ለቅሬታቸው አፋጣኝ ምላሽ እንዲሰጣቸው ጠይቀዋል፡፡

የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ከሁለት ቀናት በኋላ ይፋ እንደሚደረግ ከትምህርት ሚኒስቴር መስማቱን የኢትዮጵያ ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የተማሪዎች ህብረት ለቲክቫህ ገልጿል፡፡

ሚኒስቴሩ ከComprehensive Nursing የመውጫ ፈተና ጋር ተያይዞ የቀረበ ቅሬታን እያጣራ እንደሚገኝ ለህብረቱ አስረድቷል፡፡

በዚህም ከሁለት ቀናት በኋላ (ረቡዕ/ሐሙስ) አጠቃላይ የመውጫ ፈተና ውጤት ይፋ እንደሚደረግ ሚኒስቴሩ አሳውቋል፡፡
