Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Job Position: Principal Learning and Development Officer
Qualification: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution.
Experience: A minimum of six (6) years of HR experience with at least two (2) years as Senior HRM Officer or Senior Learning and Development Officer.

2. Job Position: Senior Learning and Development Officer
Qualification: A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized Higher Learning Institution.
Experience: Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience with at least two (2) years as HRM Officer or Learning and Development Officer.

3. Job Position: IT Trainee
Qualification: A Minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field of discipline.
Year of Graduation: 2023 and 2024
CGPA: above 3.25
Experience: Not Required
Additional Requirement: The applicant is required to pass national exit exam.
