✞The reason was because Takla Haymanot did not only see the place but as God had made him able he saw vividly,
*in the Temple His annunciation
*in Bethlehem His birth
*in the house of Joseph His circumcision
*at the river Jordan His Baptism and
*at the house of Lazarus His miracle.
✞And when he reached the final stage of his visit at Calvary and saw Christ as crucified, his bitter tears that gushed changed in appearance and blinded his eyes. At that moment, our Lady, whose name’s invocation is honored, reached hurriedly and took St. Takla Haymanot to heaven.
✞ There, he
*received eyes of light
*grew six wings
*was clothed with a robe and phelonion of light
*had a golden censer
*was added to the Twenty Four Heavenly Priests
*saw the Holy Trinity and
*descended to earth after saying, “Glory and honor are meet to the Holy Trinity” and after censing the Throne of the Almighty. (Preparatory Service no. 177 of the Divine Liturgy)
✞✞✞Miracles✞✞✞
=>The miracles of St. Takla Haymanot are as many as the stars.
*He has raised the dead.
*He has healed the sick.
*He has driven out demons.
*He has held fire.
*He has flown with wings.
*And he has made the clouds his seat.
✞He also has made many disciples and established Debre Libanos. There, monks and nuns lived together like children. That was because the Devil was bound during his time.
✞✞✞Departure✞✞✞
