Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, and needs.

Monitor driver routes and provide support to ensure timely deliveries.

Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members to resolve issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched calls, driver logs, and delivery statuses.

Use dispatching software and tools to optimize routing and improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in dispatching or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics operations is a plus.
