“ ለአእምሮ ህሙማን ብቻ በየወሩ እስከ 5 ሚሊዮን ብር መድኃኒት እንገዛለን። የህክምና ባለሙዎች እጥረት አለብን ” - የመቄዶኒያ ህክምና ክፍል

የመቄዶንያ አረጋዊያንና የአእምሮ ህሙማን መረጃ ማዕከል ህክምና ክፍል የመድኃኒት መወደድና የስፔሻሊት ሀኪሞች እጥረት እንደፈተነው ለቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ገለጸ።

የማዕከሉ የህክምና ክፍል አስተባባሪ አቶ ዮናስ ሙሉጌታ በሰጡን ቃል፤ ገንዘብ ያለው በገንዘቡ፣ እውቀት ያለው በእውቀቱ፣ ጳጳሳቱ በጸሎታቸው እርዳታ እንዲያደርጉ ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።

የማዕከሉ ህክምና ክፍል በዝርዝር ምን አለ?

“በመቄዶንያ ካሉት 8,000 ሰዎች ወደ 2000 የሚሆኑት የአእምሮ ህሙማን ናቸው። የአእምሮ ህሙማኑ መድኃኒቶች ደግሞ ብዙ ጊዜ አገር ውስጥ አይገኙም።

ቢኖሩም ውስን ፋብሪካዎች ናቸው የሚያመርቷቸው ጥሬ እቃ ከውጪ አገር እያስመጡ። የተወሰኑ መድኃኒቶችም በቀጥታ ከውጪ አገር ነው የሚመጡት።

ከገበያ የሚጠፉ መድኃኒቶችም አሉ ከምንዛሪ እጥረት ጋር በተያያዘ። መድኃኒቶቹ መጥፋታቸው ህሙማኑ ህመሙ እንዲያርሽባቸው ይዳርጋቸዋል። ወደ ጤንነታቸው ለመመለስም ጊዜ ይወዳል።

አዲስ አበባ፣ ሰንዳፋ፣ ፃድቃኔ፣ ሶማሌ ክልል ጎዴ፣ አማራ ክልል ደሴ፣ ሀረር፣ ድሴዳዋ በብዛት የአእምሮ ህሙማን የሚገኙባቸው ቦታዎች ናቸው።

በመቄዶንያ ደግሞ የአእምሮ ህሙማንና አረጋዊያን ብቻ ሳይሆኑ ያሉት የደም ግፊት፣ ስኳር፣ አስም፣ ካንሰር፣ የኩላሊት (ዲያሌሲስ የሚያደርጉ) ህሙማንም አሉ።

የአእምሮ ህሙማን መድኃኒቶች በጣም ውድ ናቸው። የምንገዛው ከኢትዮጵያ መድኃኒት አቅርቦት አገልግሎት ነው። ለአእምሮ ህሙማን ብቻ በየወሩ እስከ 5 ሚሊዮን ብር እንገዛለን። የህክምና ባለሙያዎች እጥረት አለብን” ብሏል።

“ካለው ቁጥር አንጻር የባለሙያዎች ቁጥር በቂ አይደለም። ሳይካትሪ እንኳ ወደ 18 ነው የሚሆኑት። ግን ስፔሻሊስቶች ያስፈልጉናል። ባለሙያዎች በበጎ ፈቃደኝነት እንዲያገለግሉ እንፈልጋለን” ሲልም ጥሪ አቅርቧል።

“በወር ለአንድ እንኳ ሰዓት የህክምና አገልግሎት ቢሰጡ ለህሙማኑ ቀላል አይደለም” ያሉት የህክምና ክፍሉ፣ “የአእምሮ ስፔሻሊቲ፣ የዓይን፣ የጥርስ፣ የፊዚዮትራፒ፣ የሳይኮሎጁ ባለሙያዎች እጥረት አለብን” ብለዋል።

በሙያቸው ወደ ውጪ አገር ሂደው በትላልቅ የህክምና ተቋማት፣ ፋብሪካዎች የሚሰሩ ወገኖች መድኃኒት ቢልኩላቸው መቄዶንያ በህጋዊ መንገድ ፕሮሰስ አድርጎ መቀበል እንደሚችል፣ ድጋፉ ቢገኝ ህሙማን ሳያቋርጡ ህክምናቸውን መከታተል እንደሚችሉ ተመልክቷል።
