Bank of Abyssinia has inaugurated a modern banking service center within a café at its headquarters, in partnership with Chaka Coffee. The launch event, held yesterday, was attended by the Bekalu Zeleke, bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Bisrat Belay,Chaka Coffee’s owner, and other invited guests.
The new service center integrates banking and hospitality, allowing customers to access banking services through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and self-service tablets within the café. Additionally, payments for café and restaurant services will be entirely cashless and paperless, supporting digital transactions.
