Job Description:
Vivabet, a leading betting company in Ethiopia, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional referral skills, and a deep understanding of the betting industry. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with affiliates, optimizing affiliate performance, and driving growth for Vivabet.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Vivabet’s affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders to expand the affiliate network.
Provide affiliates with the tools, resources, and support needed to drive successful campaigns, ensuring they align with Vivabet’s brand and goals.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance by tracking key metrics, ensuring affiliates are meeting targets and KPIs.
Negotiate deals and contracts with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create attractive promotional offers, content, and campaigns for affiliates.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to affiliates to ensure effective promotion of Vivabet’s products and services.
Analyze affiliate data, trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and performance improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Regularly report on affiliate performance to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the betting industry when working with affiliates.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in the betting, gaming, or e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, referral strategies, and performance-based marketing.
Experience in building and managing affiliate networks and partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding affiliate growth targets.
Ability to analyze and interpret affiliate data to improve performance and drive revenue.
Knowledge of the Ethiopian betting and gaming market is a significant advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with affiliate management software and tools.
A strong network of affiliates in the betting or gaming industry.
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing techniques.
Ability to develop creative marketing strategies for affiliate campaigns.
