Fighter Aircraft Lines: Targeting at least two to three parallel production lines to ensure redundancy, increase production scale, and prevent single-vendor bottlenecks.
Missiles & Munitions: Aiming for roughly half a dozen prime missile manufacturers by opening Transfer of Technology (ToT) for all conventional missiles to private entities, breaking sole dependence on single PSUs.
Unmanned Systems: Seeking hundreds of domestic drone makers across categories to address modern warfare's high-consumption rates.
