Job Title: Video Editor

Description: We are looking for a Video Editor who is responsible for editing and assembling Videos, short format TikToks, short thumbnails, sound effects, graphics and special effects, into a suitable and finished products. The successful candidate will have experience working with creative software and have a keen eye for creative digital design.
Responsibilities:
Produce, shoot, and edit dynamic, short format TikToks, Reels and other social video content using the latest trends and techniques.
Establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created.
Creation of short form video content and thumbnails.
Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
Work with our creative teammates.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in film production or related field is generally required.
The ability to work within several software programs such as the Adobe Suite is considered an important skill in relation to the position.
Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs.
Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
Creative experience in Graphics Design, filmmaking and videography.
Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation.
Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project and the ability to bring them to life.
Experience and a comfort level with social media tools and techniques.
Excellent time management skills and Attention to detail.
Experience: Min 3 – 5 Years
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 ETB (Based on experience)
