እነዚህ ሀገራትም በጥቅሉ በሚሊዮን የሚቆጠር የሰው ሀይል ጥያቄን እንደሚያቀርቡ ተናግረዋል።

ከዚህ ቀደም በዓመት ከ50 ሺሕ ያልበለጠ የሰው ሀይል ወደ ውጪ ሀገራት ይላክ እንደነበር ያነሱት ኃላፊው፤ "አሁን ላይ ቴክኖሎጂን በመጠቀም በመጣው ለውጥ አማካኝነት በትንሹ እስከ 400 ሺሕ ሰው ይላካል" ብለዋል።

ይሁን እንጂ አሁን ላይ ሀገራት ከሚያቀርቡት ቁጥር አንፃር ከፍተኛ የሰው ሀይል እጥረት ስለመኖሩ ተናግረዋል።

በዚህም ሰዎችን ለሥራ ከማሰማራት አኳያ ብቻም ሳይሆን፤ ኢትዮጵያም ከዘርፉ ማግኘት የሚገባትን ጥቅም እንዳላገኘች ኃላፊው ተናግረዋል፡፡

ስለዚህም ማንኛውም ሰው በየሙያው ሰልጥኖ ተገቢውን የምዘና ፈተና በመውሰድ፣ የሥራና ክህሎት በሚያዘጋጀው የሥራ ገበያ አሰራር ላይ በመመዝገብ እና በየቀበሌው ባሉት የመረጃ መቀበያ ጣቢያዎች አስፈላጊ መረጃዎችን በመሙላት የእድሉ ተጠቃሚ እንዲሆን ጥሪ አቅርበዋል።
