Rotaractor Dr. Tsion Melese is a co-founder and Chartering president of Rotaract club of Adey and a  Medical Doctor.

She expresses that formation of Adey initiatives came after attending medical campaigns, "we were deeply inspired to do more for vulnerable communities, especially children and mothers. Every big change starts small, and we believe in building from the ground up. Let’s create a club that brings hope, care, and lasting impact to those who need it most."
