Got an idea you've been waiting to bring to life?

The AWS SBG at AASTU Hackathon 2026 is here! ☁️

Team up with fellow AASTU students, turn an idea into a real project, and put your skills to the test.

Over the course of the hackathon, teams will build solutions that combine AI and cloud engineering, with the journey leading all the way to the AWS Community Day stage. ✨

👥 TEAM UP
- Open to active AASTU undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Teams of 3–5 members
- Solo participation is not supported

🏆 PRIZES

🥇 1st Place —> 15,000 ETB
🥈 2nd Place —> 10,000 ETB
🥉 3rd Place —> 5,000 ETB
🎟 Plus AWS Exam Vouchers ( 100$ - 300 $)

📜 All eligible participants will receive a certificate.

⚠️ IMPORTANT
Before applying for the hackathon, all participants must register on Meetup for the upcoming community day.
