ብሔራዊ ባንክ የ70 ሚሊዮን ዶላር የውጭ ምንዛሬ ጨረታ ነገ እንደሚካሄድ ገለፀ

የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ቀጣዩን በየሁለት ሳምንቱ የሚካሄደውን የውጭ ምንዛሬ ጨረታ ነገ ሐሙስ ሚያዝያ 9 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. እንደሚካሄድ ዛሬ አስታውቋል።

በዚህ ጨረታ የሚቀርበው ጠቅላላ የውጭ ምንዛሬ መጠን 70 ሚሊዮን የአሜሪካ ዶላር መሆኑን ባንኩ አሳውቋል። ፍላጎት ያላቸው ባንኮች በተሰጠው መመሪያ መሰረት በጨረታው ላይ እንዲሳተፉ ጥሪ ቀርቧል።

ኢትዮጵያ የብሪክስ ልማት ባንክ አባልነት በቅርቡ እንደምታጠናቅቅ ገለጸች

ኢትዮጵያ ለአዲሱ የልማት ባንክ ( በቀድሞው ስሙ የብሪክስ ልማት ባንክ) በይፋ አባልነት ለመቀላቀል ማመልከቻ ማስገባቷንና የዚህ ሂደት በቅርቡ እንደሚጠናቀቅ አስታውቃለች። ይህ የአገሪቱ የዘንድሮ ዓመት ዋነኛ ትኩረት እንደሆነም ተገልጿል።

በኢትዮጵያ የብራዚል አምባሳደር የሆኑት አቶ ልዑልሰገድ ታደሰ እንደተናገሩት ኢትዮጵያ ለአባልነት ጥያቄዋ ከሁሉም የ ብሪክስ አባል ሀገራት የፖለቲካ ድጋፍ አግኝታለች። የአባልነት ሂደቱም በተጠናከረ ሁኔታ እየተከናወነ በመሆኑ በቅርቡ ይጠናቀቃል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።

አቶ ልዑልሰገድ አክለውም ኢትዮጵያ የአዲሱ የልማት ባንክ አባል ከሆነች በኋላ ባንኩ ትኩረት በሚሰጣቸው እንደ ግብርና፣ ኢነርጂ እና ማኑፋክቸሪንግ ባሉ ዘርፎች ላይ ትኩረት ሰጥታ ለመስራት እቅድ አላት ብለዋል።

የቀድሞ ስሙ የብሪክስ ልማት ባንክ የነበረው አዲሱ የልማት ባንክ በብሪክስ አባል ሀገራት የተቋቋመ ሁለገብ የልማት ባንክ ነው።

መረጃዎች እንደሚያሳዩት ባንኩ በብድር፣ በዋስትና፣ በፍትሃዊ ተሳትፎ እና በሌሎች የፋይናንስ መሳሪያዎች የህዝብ ወይም የግል ፕሮጀክቶችን ይደግፋል።

በኬንያ ከዛሬ ጀምሮ ለ1 ወር የሚቆይ የነዳጅ ዋጋ ቅናሽ ተደርጓል

የኬንያ ኢነርጂ እና ፔትሮሊየም ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን (EPRA) ትናንት እንዳስታወቀው
የቤንዚን ዋጋ በሊትር የ1.95 የኬንያ ሽልንግ፣
የናፍጣ ዋጋ በሊትር የ2.20 የኬንያ ሽልንግ እና
የኬሮሲን ዋጋ በሊትር የ2.40 የኬንያ ሽልንግ የዋጋ ቅናሽ ተደርጎባቸዋል ብሏል።

ባለስልጣኑ ነዳጅ ከውጪ የሚገባበት ዋጋ በየካቲት እና መጋቢት ወር መቀነሱን የገለፀ ሲሆን:
ቤንዚን የ4.89%፣
ናፍጣ የ6.45% እና
ኬሮሲን የ6.53% የዋጋ ቅናሽ ማድረጋቸውን ገልጿል።
ቤንዚን በሊትር 174.63 ሽልንግ (178.97 ብር)፣
ናፍጣ በሊትር 164.86 ሽልንግ (168.96 ብር) እንደዚሁም
ኬሮሲን በሊትር 148.99 ሽልንግ (152.70 ብር) በሆነ ዋጋ በናይሮቢ እንደሚሸጡም ተገልጿል።

ኬንያ በነዳጅ ምርት ላይ የ16% የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ (VAT) የምትጥል ሲሆን ከላይ የተገለጸው ዋጋም ይህንን አካቶ እንደሆነ ተገልጿል።

የዕዳ ሽግሽግ ባይኖር ኖሮ ኢትዮጵያ በዚህ ዓመት 2.8 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ዕዳ ትከፍል ነበር ተባለ

የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ለ2017 በጀት ዓመት የነበረውን ከፍተኛ የዕዳ ጫና በግልጽ አስቀምጧል። የፕላን እና ልማት ሚኒስትሯ ፍፁም አሰፋ እንደተናገሩት፣ ምቹ የዕዳ ማስተካከያ (ሽግሽግ) ባይኖር ኖሮ ሀገሪቱ በዚህ ዓመት ብቻ 2.8 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የሚገመት ከፍተኛ ዕዳ መክፈል በግድ ይላት ነበር።

ይሁን እንጂ መንግስት በ G20 የጋራ ማዕቀፍ ውስጥ ከአበዳሪ አገራት ኮሚቴዎች ጋር ባደረገው ውጤታማ ድርድር 1.9 ቢሊዮን ዶላር ብቻ ለመክፈል ተችሏል። ይህም የዕዳ ሽግሽጉ በግምት 1 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የሚሆን እፎይታ እንዳስገኘላቸው ሚኒስትሯ አመልክተዋል።

በተጨማሪም በ2016 በጀት ዓመት መገባደጃ ላይ የሀገሪቱ አጠቃላይ የውጭ ዕዳ ከሀገር ውስጥ አጠቃላይ ምርት (GDP) ጋር ሲነፃፀር 13.7 በመቶ እንደነበር ፍፁም አሰፋ ( ዶ/ር) አብራርተዋል።

በአጠቃላይ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ከአበዳሪ ኮሚቴዎች ጋር ባካሄደው ገንቢ ውይይት በመርህ ደረጃ 3.5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የሚሆን የዕዳ እፎይታ ስምምነት ላይ ደርሷል።

ይህ ስምምነት እንደተገለፀው በ2017 የ 1.5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር፣ በ2018 የ 400 ሚሊዮን ዶላር፣ በ2019 የ 500 ሚሊዮን ዶላር እንዲሁም በ2020 የ 1.5 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የዕዳ ሽግሽግን ያካተተ ነው።
