We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to track and analyze all materials, equipment, and labor used in our projects.
⏺Key Responsibilities:
• Track and document all materials, equipment, and labor used in ongoing and completed projects.
• Collect and analyze data to prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Collaborate with managers and team members to gather necessary information and ensure accurate data collection.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for future projects based on collected data.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all project-related costs and inventory usage
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project pricing and cost estimates.
• Present findings and reports to management.
▶️Requirements
-Previous Experiance is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in COTM , drafting, architecture or any other related fields that gives you a skill to understand technical drawing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience on MS EXCELL.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
