750 ብር የነበረው ብሔራዊ የድህረ ምረቃ ትም/ት መግቢያ ፈተና (NGAT) ክፍያ 3500 ብር ሆነ።
👉 500 ብር የነበረው የEXIT Exam ክፍያ 2000 ብር
👉 ለሙያ ብቃት ምዘና 3500 ብር የሚከፈል መሆኑን እንድታውቁት። ሌሎች ተጨማሪ የክፍያ ዝርዝሮች በደንብ ቁጥር 593/2018 ተዘርዝረዋል።

"ከአንድ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ወደ ሌላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የተማሪ ዝውውር የሚፈፀመው የላኪው እና የተቀባዩ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስምምነት ሲኖር ብቻ ነው፡፡ ዝውውሩ ሲፈፀም ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በደብዳቤ እንዲያውቀው መደረግ አለበት"፡፡ - ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር

ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር "የተማሪዎች ቅበላ፣ የትምህርት መስክ ምደባ እና የተማሪዎች ዝውውር አፈጻጸምን" አስመልክቶ በቀን 07/01/2019 ዓ.ም ሚኒስትሩ ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) የተፈረመ ሰርኩላር ለሁሉም የመንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች ልኳል፡፡

ሰርኩላሩ፤ ዩኒቨርሲቲዎቹ ከተማሪዎች ቅበላ፣ የትምህርት መስክ ምደባ እና የተማሪዎች ዝውውር ጋር በተያያዘ ሊከተሏቸው የሚገቡ አሠራሮችን አስቀምጧል፡፡

ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች በሚኒስቴሩ ከተላለፈ የምደባ ውጤት ውጭ ተማሪን በራሳቸው ተነሳሽነት መቀበል፣ የተመደበበትን ተቋም መቀየር ወይም በሌላ ተቋም የተመደበን ተማሪ ያለአግባብ መመዝገብ እንደማይችሉ ተገልጿል፡፡

ተቋማቱ ከተቀመጠው የምደባ መስፈርት ውጭ በግለሰብ ጥያቄ፣ በልዩ ትዕዛዝ ወይም ለአንድ ተማሪ ብቻ በሚደረግ ልዩ አሠራር የትምህርት መስክ ምደባ መቀየር አይችሉም።

ከአንድ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ወደ ሌላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የተማሪ ዝውውር የሚፈፀመው የላኪው እና የተቀባዩ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ስምምነት ሲኖር ብቻ ሲሆን፣ ዝውውሩ ሲፈፀም ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በደብዳቤ እንዲያውቀው መደረግ አለበት ተብሏል።

የዝውውር ጥያቄ የሚስተናገደው ተማሪው በተመደበበት ተቋም ቢያንስ አንድ ሴሚስቴር የተማረ እና ከፕሮግራሙ 50 በመቶ በላይ ያላጠናቀቀ ከሆነ ብቻ እንደሆነ ተመላክቷል፡፡

በሌላ በኩል ከመንግሥት ወደ ግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋም ዝውውር ሊፈፀም የሚችል ሲሆን፣ ከግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋም ወደ መንግሥት ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዝውውር ማድረግ እንደማይቻል ተገልጿል፡፡ (ሰርኩላሩ ከላይ ተያይዟል፡፡)

የ2019 ዓ.ም የመጀመርያ ሴሚስተር ምዝገባ ከዚህ በታች በተገለጸው መሰረት የሚከናወን መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡
1. የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ መደበኛ ፕሮግራም እና ሁሉም የድህረ ምረቃ ተማሪዎች (ማለትም መደበኛ እና የእረፍት ቀናት) - ከመስከረም 21-22 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም
